AndGolf Pricing and Fee Schedule
AndGolf uses a very simple to understand fee schedule. Since we are a full-service tournament registration company, we do not require you to split credit card fees from our fees. The “Price Per Golfer” expenses are 5.5% of the registration price per participant. There are absolutely No out-of-pocket expenses. Please view our fees in comparison to our competitors below.

Example of a Tournament and The Costs Associated
Tournament A – 100 Golfers,
$85.00 Registration fee, Golf Course A
Tornament Director Jim has negotiated a $55.00 greens fees for his tournament at Golf Course A. Jim is interested in using AndGolf’s services, so Jim visits AndGolf’s website, registers the tournament, and proceeds to send all invitees to the tournament’s custom website through AndGolf’s free mailing list manager software.
Invitees would come to the custom website for Tournament A, and enter their information on the site. All transactions would occur through AndGolf’s secure website, and the fee would be $4.68 per registrant.
AndGolf would send all necessary paperwork and electronic documents to the Head Pro the day before the tournament, and would provide any extra services requested (printed golf cart signs, custom-logo golf balls, etc.) to the tournament director one week before the tournament.
After all registrations have been paid for, AndGolf would send a check to Golf Course A for the greens fees in the amount of $5,500 before the tournament. AndGolf would then send a check to Jim (Tournament A’s Director/Organizer) for $2,532.50.
